Alicea Bailey PsyD., M.A., ICAADC, CAADC, LLC

Since 2008, Dr. Alicea Bailey has dedicated her career to promoting the health and well-being amongst marginalized populations.  Alicea obtained her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, where she worked with military veterans that were court ordered for substance treatment, parolee's and reentry to society, LGBTQIA+ victims of domestic violence and LGBTQIA+ individuals who were court ordered for anger management, or domestic violence perpetrator intervention.  Alicea's doctoral dissertation is entitled: A Phenomenological View of the Coming Out Process Among African-American Lesbians.  Alicea obtained her Master's Degree in Psychology, from Antioch University, with an emphasis in LGBTQIA+ mental health.  Alicea Master's Degree Research focused on At-Risk Behaviors that Impact LGBT Youth.
